Last week, we stopped by Judy’s Thursday Bible Study to surprise her with a “Footprints In The Sand” gift chest filled with goodies for her to enjoy. She was there to participate in a “Women of Passion” workshop at Cornerstone Church, where she has been attending this bible study since 2008. She is very involved with fellowship in our community and her home base for Sunday service is at Heritage Church on Avenida La Pata.

She is a big fan of Willie Nelson’s Music, and has attended his concerts 10 times! When she comes to our office, she likes to take advantage of one of our comfort menu items which is listening to music through noise cancelling headphones. Upon her initial visit, her hygienist, Meghan asked her what type of music she enjoys; they instantly bonded over their love for country music. Meghan has been her preferred hygienist ever since (for more reasons than one).

Judy exudes positivity and has recently made leaps and bounds in increasing her quality of life, but it wasn’t always that way. When she first came to Shoreline Dental Studio, she felt a lot of shame in regards to her teeth and her smile. She had difficulty maintaining some old dental work that needed replacing, and was quite nervous about the procedure. It took her awhile to feel comfortable enough to move forward with treatment, but Dr. Livingston made her feel safe. She never felt judged and she knew that at Shoreline, she is cared for as a person and not just another number. She is blessed to have found her dental home and is grateful to everyone she comes into contact with during her visits. That is the reason that she recommends Shoreline Dental Studio to others, keeps all of her appointments, and can always be found with a smile.
