Job Description:
Primary Essential Functions
- The opportunity to own the first impression our patients have when coming to Shoreline; making them feel welcome and valued each time they walk through our doors.
- Develop lasting relationships with your patients; with the intention of garnering trust, patient longevity, and healthy provider to patient dialogue when educating patients on their needs.
- Assist our administrative team in patient concierge services, including patient tours, gifting, driving patient referrals, and overseeing the patient experience.
Success Factors:
- Self starter, can work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be relational, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with patients.
- Works well within established systems and is able to improve upon them when necessary. High attention to detail is essential.
- Comfort in a fast paced environment and navigating between tasks.
- Able to prioritize, problem solve, and think outside of the box.
