Meet GEORGE

Originally from South Korea, I moved to the United States at the age of 16 in 2000. My career has spanned multiple industries, beginning as an Analytical Research Chemist in the pharmaceutical field before transitioning into a role as a Cooking Class Instructor, where I found my passion for sharing culinary skills and traditions.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking—with a particular love for Japanese and Korean cuisine—as well as practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized.
